Bones USA is a new production process we're developing that utilizes an injected thermal plastic to make figures. The equipment we're using is SIO cast out of Spain. The SIO cast machine injects melted material into the cavities of a silicone mould. The results are impressive, with the plastic castings holding an incredible amount of detail. We're developing the production processes, moulds, and procedures so that we can utilize this new technology to its fullest extent.
