Your treasure chest awaits on the Rewards Page. Check your gold any time, no Mimics here, promise.
How do I earn gold?
Complete your sign-up quests or embark on shopping sprees at GoodGames.com.au. You’ll earn 2 gold for every $1 spent, the more you play, the more you gain.
How do I spend my gold?
When you reach the checkout, look for the magical redemption slider. Slide to choose how much gold to spend and watch your total shrink like a goblin running from a dragon.
What do the “levels” mean?
Levels are your hero rank! The more gold you earn and quests (orders) you complete, the higher your level, and the more epic your rewards.
Can I use my rewards in-store?
For now, GG Rewards is an online-only quest. Our party is working hard to bring it to every Good Games store across Australia, so stay tuned for the next chapter.
I’ve been adventuring with Good Games for years, do I already have gold?
Alas, past adventures don’t count toward this new questline. Earning Gold begins from the day you join and lasts one year before vanishing into the void.
Can I earn gold on TCG singles?
Currently, GG Rewards applies only to online purchases at GoodGames.com.au. But fear not, we’re forging plans to expand it to more areas of the kingdom.
Are there any forbidden items I can’t use my gold on?
Nope! Your gold is good on all loot site-wide.
Can I merge my account with my party member’s?
Gold is bound to the adventurer who earned it, no transfers or account mergers. Your loot is your loot.
Does it cost anything to join GG Rewards?
Absolutely not! Joining is free, it’s like getting a +1 sword just for showing up.
Does gold expire?
Yes, gold has a magical half-life, it disappears one year after you earn it. Keep an eye on your stash on the Rewards Page and make sure you redeem your gold before it's gone!
What happens to my gold if I return an item?
If you return your loot, your gold will not return to your stash so choose wisely!
Do I earn gold on sale items?
Yes! Even discounted loot still earns you gold, we reward all brave adventurers.
I already follow the newsletter or SMS, can I still get gold?
Yes! If you’ve already completed those quests, you’ll still earn gold when you join GG Rewards.
Is there a minimum amount of gold that I need to make a purchase?
There is no mimimuim spend requirement or minimum gold needed to make a purchase.
What happens when I buy a Gift Card?
Gold isn't rewarded for the purchase of a Gift Card, it is rewarded when the Gift Card is redeemed.
Will I earn Gold when using store credit?
Gold is not earned while using store credit.
I haven't received my birthday voucher
To help prevent fraudulent use of our rewards program, birthday vouchers are issued 30 days after a new birthday date is entered. If you recently added or updated your birthday and it falls within the next 30 days, your voucher will be sent once that 30-day period has passed.
