Flat-rate delivery: All orders incur a flat delivery fee of $9.50.
Shipping Services
Good Games sends orders using Australia Post eParcel or another reputable courier service. Tracking is provided with all shipments.
Delivery to a P.O. Box, Parcel Collect location or Parcel Locker is generally available. However, depending on the items in your order and the courier service required, these delivery options might not be available.
Order Fulfilment
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse before entering the delivery network.
Fulfilment times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, public holidays and peak trading periods, including sales events and major product releases.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- ACT, metropolitan Sydney and metropolitan Melbourne: Usually 1–2 business days.
- Other metropolitan and regional areas: Usually 2–6 business days.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery service.
