Trading Card Games Singles Will Migrate to goodgames.com.au
More Good Games.
All In One Playce.
Singles are moving! After many years of service, we’ll be turning off trading card game singles on tcg.goodgames.com.au, and migrating them to goodgames.com.au — the website you’re currently reading this on — over the coming week. Our previous singles website will be closed to the public as of 11:59pm, 24 October 2026. Singles will then be scheduled to return from 2 November 2026. We’ve got some important information below and more FAQs at the bottom of this article. If there are any questions that you may have which are unanswered, please contact our customer service team.
Why are we migrating our singles?
While it simplifies a lot on the backend for us, ultimately it provides a much better experience for our customers. After this migration, you’ll unlock:
-
Online store credit that can be used across products on goodgames.com.au
-
GG Rewards where you can earn GG Gold for every purchase and subsequently discount your future purchases
-
Shopping for singles, sealed TCGs and accessories together
On top of all of this, it ensures that future campaigns and organised play programs we roll out will be able to incorporate store credit prizing that can be used across all your tabletop hobbies!
What happens to my current singles order?
We’ll be accepting singles orders on tcg.goodgames.com.au until 11:59pm AEDT 24 October 2026. All orders that are placed before then will be fulfilled according to our regular processes. After our legacy TCG Singles website closes from midnight you will no longer be able to access your account and order details through tcg.goodgames.com.au. We will still keep you updated about your order via email.
What happens to my account?
We will migrate as much of your account information to goodgames.com.au including all your existing store credit. In future, when you login to goodgames.com.au, ensure you use the same email address that you used for orders on tcg.goodgames.com.au to retain your data.
However, please be aware that you won’t be able to use your tcg.goodgames.com.au store credit until singles relaunch on goodgames.com.au on 2 November 2026. Please also be aware that we won’t be able to migrate over order history, pending buylists and saved carts.
If you don’t see your store credit when logging into your account on 2 November 2026, please contact our customer service team.
Will you still be buying cards?
We will not be buying cards while the singles migration is occurring. However, once our singles migrate over to goodgames.com.au, you’ll be able to submit buylists again!
If you want to sell your cards to our Singles Buying Team, please ensure that you mail it to the team by Monday 26 October. You can learn more about how to sell your cards to Good Games here.
Is there anything I need to do?
If there are any singles that you need soon, please ensure you place your orders before 11:59PM AEDT 24 October 2026. After that, we will not be accepting any singles orders until singles relaunch on 2 November 2026.
Thank you for your support of Good Games all these years. We’re grateful that you’ve trusted us with your collection and we’re looking forward to announcing to you all the upcoming projects we have to elevate your shopping, collecting and playing experience in 2027!
FAQs
Why are you moving singles to goodgames.com.au?
Having your favourite tabletop hobbies all in one place is a much better shopping experience for our customers. On top of this, it allows us to roll out future improvements and exciting programs to all Good Gamers. We’ll be consolidating store credit so that it can be used on all products, as well as launching GG Rewards for our singles customers too.
When does it happen? Will the site be down?
From 11:59pm 24 November 2026, our legacy singles website will be closed to the general public. Singles purchasing will be down until 2 November when it is scheduled to come back bigger and better than ever on this website!
Do I need a new account? Is my login the same?
Your login remains the same. Simply use the same email address to log into this website as the one you used on the legacy Good Games TCG singles website.
What happens to my store credit?
All existing store credit will roll over. When you login to your account on this website using the same email address you used for the Good Games TCG singles website prior, you should see your store credit reflected from 2 November 2026. In the case that you don’t, please reach out to our customer service team. You can see the ways you can reach our support team here.
What about orders I’ve already placed on the TCG site?
Any orders placed before the website closes to the public on 11:59pm 24 October 2026 will be fulfilled as per usual.
Can I still return or exchange a TCG site order?
Should there be an issue with any order please contact our customer service team.
Can I buy singles and sealed in one order? How does shipping work?
In the near future, you’ll be able to purchase all your items together. That means placing an order of singles with sealed trading card games, as well as board games, puzzles, roleplaying games and the entire range on the Good Games online store! You will only have to pay for shipping once unless you qualify for the free shipping threshold.
Is pricing the same? Have condition grades changed?
Not at all, our fulfilment team and processes remain the same. The Good Games service will not change, it will only get better. This migration will let you gain access to features we already have on our online store site but could not roll out to our TCG site.
Will the old tcg.goodgames.com.au links still work?
No, you will not be able to access the old legacy website after 11:59pm 24 November 2026.
Where is my existing cart / buylist?
Unfortunately, none of this will be migrated over after the tcg.goodgames.com.au website shuts down. Please ensure you save any important past order information or checkout your carts before 24 November 2026.
Can I collect singles in-store?
Not yet, but this is one of the first features we’ll be able to unlock after this migration — stay tuned!
