The idea behind it is that by learning about biomechanics, kids can create five different models of bionic arms – dual gripper, triple bionic gripper, tentacles, hook and spring. They’re made up of 190 component parts which include bendable rods that use spring force to turn the hand into a powerful mechanical extension of the body.
It’s not enough to just learn about science, you have to be able to do it too. With 190 pieces of components that are totally bendable and easy for kids to put together, they’ll be building their own bionic arm!
