A pocket-sized co-op card game challenge to run a 5-star cafe by providing exceptional customer service!
Players are baristas working together at the latest coffee in town. Your coffee shop starts with a rating of 3 stars. Your goal is to maintain stars and stay in business for 7 days. You do so by providing exceptional customer service to your regulars by memorising their names and coffee orders!
Each day customers will come into the store ordering coffee with their names. The daily order comes in the form of customer cards. On the back of the customer card will have a portrait of the customer. On the front will have a customer's portrait, name and coffee order. The head barista will call out the daily order with each customer having a name, face and coffee order that the barista must memories.
These customer cards will be dealt to each barista and held up so other baristas can only see the faces on the back of the card. Starting with the head barista, they will call out a customer from another barista's hand by calling EITHER a customer's name OR coffee order. If they are correct the customer is satisfied gets their order and they become a regular of the coffee shop! To provide "Exceptional Customer Service" a barista must call out a customer's name AND coffee order. If they are correct that customer will give a star rating to the café and will be regular! However, if the barista makes a mistake the customer leaves a negative review and the coffee shop loses a star rating and they will never come back. If it reaches 0 stars the coffee shop is shut!
Each day more and more customers will come into the shop with day 1 having 1 customer per barista, then day 2 having 2 per barista, then day 3 having 3 per barista etc. Survive 7 days of business to win!
