Warehouse Move Update
We’re moving warehouses to improve how we process and fulfil orders across Good Games.
While the move is underway, some orders, stock updates, and customer service replies may take a little longer than usual.
What to expect
Order delays
Some orders may take a little longer to be packed and dispatched while our warehouse team transitions to the new location.
Stock availability changes
Product availability may temporarily fluctuate as stock is moved and systems are updated.
Customer service delays
Our customer service team is also moving during this period, so response times may be a little slower than normal.
Timing
We expect the main transition period to run from 25 May to 5 June, though some minor impacts may be felt just before or shortly after this window.
