Last October, we at Good Games launched GG Rewards, our brand new loyalty program to reward customers with Gold every time they shopped online at goodgames.com.au. For every board game, TCG accessory, or booster box they bought, they earned Gold. They could then use this Gold to take $$$’s off their next shop, the perfect reward for gamers who love to, well, game.
GG Rewards continues to be a major success for us, but the question we always got was “can I redeem this in-store?” “Can I get Gold when I buy at my local GG?”
Today, we’re proud to finally answer those questions with a resounding “YES!”

Opt in and Get Rewarded
GG Rewards is now rolling out at select Good Games stores all across the country. Now you can earn Gold whether you buy at our online shop or in-store! If you’ve already signed up online for GG Rewards, all you need to do is opt-in the next time you’re shopping at your local GG.

FAQs
How Much is Gold Worth?
You earn Gold with every purchase. You earn 2 Gold per $1 spent, and every 100 Gold = $1 off. Earning Gold also means you rank up! The higher your rank, the more your Gold grows! For more info, check out our original announcement of GG Rewards here.
What if I already have a GG Rewards Account online?
Use the same email for GG Rewards when you shop in-store and it will be reflected on your online account (they will be one and the same!)
Can I use Gold for Events?
You can only earn Gold at events (e.g. weekly tournaments) as prizes. You can’t use Gold to pay for or reduce the cost of the event you’re participating in.
How Long do I have to Wait to use Gold in-store?
For in-store purchases, you should receive your Gold automatically upon purchase, which means you can use it right away on your next in-store shop.
I purchased something online, but the Gold is not appearing in-store!
Online gold does not appear in-store immediately. Online purchases sync overnight, so your Gold will be visible the next day.
Is there a Physical Rewards Card?
No, Gold is tracked online on your Rewards page. This can be checked at: https://www.goodgames.com.au/pages/rewards
