One side of these maps depicts a futuristic shopping center, with an open entryway for crowds to mingle and a luxurious food court to enjoy a bite to eat. The opposite side shows an abandoned mall and is the perfect site for a haunting or the remnants of a post-apocalyptic civilization.

A special coating on each Flip-Mat allows you to use wet-erase, dry-erase, AND permanent markers with ease! Removing permanent ink is easy—simply trace over any permanent mark with a dry-erase marker, wait 10 seconds, then wipe off both marks with a dry cloth or paper towel.
