Registrations for any and all of the Good Games Championship events will be online only. This means that you will have to buy a ticket from our online store by clicking the links above. You will not be able to pre-register for an event in-store and will be directed online!

For 2026, we are only hosting 5 TCG events (Magic: the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound, One Piece TCG, Pokemon TCG)

Most events follow a "Swiss + Top Cut" structure. Please check the specific rules for your game.

Yes, decklists are required for participants to ensure fair play and adherence to format standards. Kindly submit to the store on the day of the event.

We adhere to the current official rotation and format guidelines for each game. All formats will be Standard Constructed format (except Magic: The Gathering which will be Modern or Standard - Determined by store)

Swiss round counts are determined automatically by each game’s official Organized Play (OP) software based on the final attendance.

Yes, all events at the GG Championships 2026 will have certified judges overseeing play to ensure rules are followed and to resolve any issues.

Prizes are awarded based on final standings. Kindly see the "Prizes" section for the full breakdown.

As this is a highly competitive event, there will be no participation prizing distributed for these events.

Prizes will be awarded immediately to 9-16 place after Swiss rounds have concluded.

Following the conclusion of the final match in the Top Cut all top 8 prizing will be distributed.

Please ensure you remain on-site to collect your rewards. If you are unable to stay until the end of the competition, please get in touch with the tournament organizer on the day to receive your prizing.

Store Credit will be placed into your account within 2 business days after the tournament.

Prize splitting in the finals will not be allowed for these tournaments. All finals should be played in full in accordance with the official rules and regulations for that game.

Yes! We are going to be bringing back the Good Games Championships in 2027, it’ll look slightly different from 2026 but players will get rewarded for their commitment to playing throughout the entire year!
