"Adds a whole new level of complexity to the base game, it’s hard to go back. We play mostly as a two person game which requires working together to defeat the barbarians though we rarely have knights (or roads) to utilise that feature. Seafarers has a lot of great scenarios, and easier to learn, but cities & knights is our favourite."
