Our highest priority is our customers and our staff. We realise our customers love our stores and our products and we want to do our best in this difficult time to give you access to these things. Store Trading Hours

Our stores are open but our store hours are very different from the normal. Please check with your local store for their trading hours, but you can also find them here

Store Cleaning and Hygiene

Our teams have expanded cleaning routines in all our stores, we are undertaking extra disinfectant cleaning throughout the day. Hand Sanitiser can be found at locations in our stores for customer use.

Social Distancing

Our stores have signs stating the number of people allowed in the store at any one time. We ask customers for patience at this time and also to adhere to the Government recommendation of 1.5 metres distance apart.

Health and Wellbeing

We are asking staff that are not well to stay at home. We also encourage our customers who are feeling unwell to remain at home.

Click & Collect

Many of our stores offer click & collect services. Please contact your local store to discuss this service as this may differ between stores.

Online Sales

Customers can purchase many of our products online at one of three online platforms to have delivered to their door.
